Importing fresh seafood from Japan, Europe as well as from all over the United States, our sushi bar features over 20 different kinds of fish and shellfish. We regularly buy fish such as Japanese Red Snapper (madai), fresh sea urchin (uni), fluke (hirame), as well as other seafood that happens to be in season.
In addition to the traditional style sushi, our menu boasts over 80 distinct rolls to choose from, like our Red Dragon roll which has crunchy crab with seared tuna with eel sauce and spicy mayo, our Choo Choo roll which has spicy crunchy tuna, eel and cream cheese with seared yellowtail on top, and our popular dessert roll named "Choco Maki"!
And if you just don't feel ready to tackle these out yet, come try our buffet on Friday lunch time to get your feet wet in sushi! We serve all kinds of rolls along with some kitchen items as well.
